My name is Anthony Williams, I was born in Kingston,  Jamaica, on April 28, 1960. I was educated at Calabar All Age and Kingston College, where I acheived eight "O" levels and three "A" levels.

After leaving college I worked with The Department of Statistics, Department of Supply and the Jamaica Telephone Company. In 1990 my brother and I started the Roots Vibes Enterprise. This was the beginning of my journalism career, writing for "Roots Vibes Magazine".

I was not only involved in the writing aspect of the business, I was also the publicist, paste-up artiste, administrator and executive editor.I was also involved in promotions and have staged several dances and stage shows.

My latest venture is the book entitled "Flashbacks, Glimpses, and Profiles of a Culture From A to Z". This book is available on compact disc upon request by e-mailing me at sedexta@anbell.net
